Samuel was born into a prominent military family, that cared and loved him deeply. His mother passed away when he was nine and his father had to raise him alone. His daily life became a habit of waking up, eating, training, eating, training, eating, bathing, and sleeping. His father was while warm was very strict with his training. He made sure Samuel had muscle upon muscle was loaded into his body. He believed his son would have a type of offensive battle magic similar to his and wanted him to be ready to use it.[break][break]

When Samuel entered the academy he wanted to become an Arcanist like his father, and join the Etherium council. It was all he knew how to do so it was all he wanted to do. It was to his devastation that he found out he had no aptitude whatsoever for arcanism. The elements simply never clicked with him. Samuel firmly believed he was trash and contemplated his own end. His dad was surprisingly cool with him not be an arcanist. Instead he explained that he trained Samuel to be strong so he can grasp what makes him happy with his own hands. It was like a rebirth in Samuels very soul that awakened his mystic abilities. The awakening sent Samuel on a one way path down the mysticism course.

It was during a weekend getaway that changed the course Samuel’s life. His uncle decided to take Samuel and his father on woodland outing. Just some standard Sara family training and bonding. Not anything suspicious as far as Samuel should have been aware. The trip ended in disaster as his uncle betrayed them both, Samuel was the only survivor as his dad died to keep the Behemoth at bay. Leaving Samuel alone in the world with only the academy to call his home. All he wanted was revenge and a chance to keep others from feeling how he felt, with a newfound passion Samuel threw himself into his studies and training. Samuel discovered a new way to train that would allow him to maximize his abilities. His body becoming denser as he was able to pack on more muscles than a normal person.

At 22 Samuel was able to graduate the university with his thesis on mystic magic hidden uses. He joined Eos as a full time staff member, he had no home to go back to and the Academy was full of resources. As his powers grew Samuel went back to the forest and engaged the Behemoth in a life and death battle. A fight no one believed it was even possible for him to win and one he almost died in, it was by a miracle that Samuel survived. The feat gave Samuel a well renowned accolade and showed his battle prowess.

Samuel continued to hone his abilities and skills and at 25 he was promoted to the position as Master of Mysticism to his shock. He never though he could master his abilities so well and really did not care for the recognition at first. Recently, Samuel has remembered his mother’s teachings and treats the academy as his family. He has troubles trusting others but he goes above and beyond to complete his job. He currently teaches battle strategy, mystic control classes, and physical health. The last class earning him the nickname of Demon King. The students try to avoid the class so much, the academy puts down the name of other teachers on some rosters, just so the students cannot back out.
